Cancellation window: Please notify us at least 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.

No-show policy: If you don’t show up for your appointment and haven’t contacted us to cancel, you will be charged the full price of your treatment.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment before the original appointment without any penalties. Any changes made within the 24-hour window may be subject to a fee.

Emergency exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen! If you need to cancel last minute due to an unforeseen event, please reach out and we’ll be happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
