Sarah Wood
FOUNDER
My career has focused on remedial therapies, sports treatments, and holistic approaches, along with an emphasis on luxury brands within the beauty industry. This path has enabled me to build a wealth of knowledge and establish a valuable network of connections.
Travel is a significant passion of mine; I have had the privilege of connecting with diverse communities, where I've shared my expertise and embraced new holistic practices. My spiritual journey commenced in my early forties, blessed with the gift of healing and a deep sense of empathy that has stemmed from my own experiences and challenges.
Through this transformative experience, I discovered my purpose: to support individuals in their healing journeys in various ways. Today, I facilitate retreats that welcome people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, creating a nurturing space where individuals can cultivate the inner peace and self-love that many seek amidst the complexities of life.

For many years, I worked as a Health Service manager in the NHS, a challenging and high intensity environment. In 2015, the passing of my husband set in motion an avalanche of “loss” which opened the door for me to experience who and what I am within.
Being very fortunate to have met my Spiritual Teacher, Ocean WhiteHawk, in 2009 and having continuously studied with her since, I was able to navigate these experiences without suffering.
This has made me passionate about assisting others to reconnect with their innate freedom and joy by the releasing of old patterns and beliefs.

I’ve lived in Essex all my life and moved to Harwich in 2013. I became a Reiki Master & Teacher in 2014 and spent six years volunteering with the Complementary Therapy Team at a local hospice, working with cancer patients, the bereaved, and hospice staff. I also practise from my home and, since 2018, at a local Spa Hotel, where I also lead meditation classes.
I’m a regular volunteer at the Electric Palace Cinema in Harwich and serve as treasurer for the Harwich Town Sailing Club and Harwich Secret Gardens.
My career began in agriculture — I worked as a crop researcher at Cambridge University and later as a flower seed breeder just outside Cambridge. After travelling the world for three years (1990–93), I went on to lead Tower Hamlets Summer University, later known as Futureversity, a youth charity in east London, where I worked until 2013.

I built a busy life - running a business, raising two kids, keeping fit, and renovating our cottage - always on the go and juggling endless commitments. But over time, I started to realise that this constant pace was taking a toll on my health. I found myself dealing with recurring symptoms, relying on medication that didn’t seem to help, and knowing deep down that something needed to change.
That’s when I began my healing journey. I started studying naturopathy and learning about how toxins, pathogens, and modern living affect our bodies. Through this process, I completely transformed my own health — even stabilising my thyroid naturally without medication. I also deepened my connection to nature and developed a more spiritual, intuitive way of living and nourishing my body, mind, and soul.
Now, through Cleanse To Heal, I help others do the same. I offer private healing sessions, retreats, and group events for anyone ready to restore their energy and wellbeing. My core belief is simple: many health issues can be improved - even reversed - when we begin to change what’s on our fork and reconnect to ourselves.

I was originally born in Ipswich however spent my younger years growing up in Greece and Cyprus. We were very sporty growing up and this led to my interest in Chiropractic and improving the human body.
After 5 years of chiropractic university I started working in Ipswich where I began my career. I started to develop my own form of treatment and decided to start my own business in 2023. A year later this business grew into a wellness centre offering chiropractic, cryotherapy, floatation tanks, recovery boots and sports massage.
As a team, we aim to help people manage or fix their pain and live a better quality of life!

I’m a Holistic Hair Loss Specialist, Cosmetic Formulator, and passionate advocate for women rediscovering their power, beauty, and confidence - especially through the changes of peri-menopause and menopause.
For so many women, this chapter of life brings challenges that go far beyond the physical. Hair thinning, hormonal shifts, fatigue, stress, and a sense of losing touch with who we are - I’ve seen it all, and I’ve felt it too. My mission is to remind women that these changes are not signs of loss, but signals for transformation.
Through my years of clinical experience - including my Harley Street practice from 2013 to 2020 - I’ve dedicated my work to helping women heal from the inside out. I use microscopic scalp analysis and Bioresonance technology to truly understand the deeper reasons behind hair loss - from hormonal imbalance and nutritional depletion to toxins, stress, and gut health.
As a trained cosmetic formulator, I’ve poured my heart into creating the Growkind Scalp Care System - a natural, results-driven range that supports regrowth and restores scalp vitality. Alongside this, my nutritional supplements help women rebuild their internal balance, supporting the body, mind, and spirit.
For me, this isn’t just about hair - it’s about wholeness. It’s about helping women feel seen, supported, and beautiful at every stage of life. I believe menopause can be a time of renewal, power, and deep self-connection - and I’m here to guide women toward that transformation with compassion, expertise, and hope.

I'm a somatic healer, kundalini coach, and shadow work guide based in Bali.
I help individuals move through trauma stored in the body, reconnect with their life force energy, and awaken their authentic essence. Through somatic therapy, breathwork, and kundalini practices, I support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and spiritual alignment.
My work bridges the physical and energetic, guiding people back to the wisdom of their bodies and the power of their inner truth. I believe healing is a return to wholeness - a reclamation of joy, presence, and purpose.

At 49, I found myself navigating unexpected changes — constant fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, mood swings, and then, my first hot flush. It was the beginning of perimenopause, and like so many others, I felt unprepared and overwhelmed.
I spent months searching for natural support, trying countless supplements that felt incomplete or filled with things I didn’t need. What I longed for was something simple, clean, and truly nourishing — not just for my body, but for my overall wellbeing.
That search led me to create Vibrancy Blend — a vegan, all-in-one menopause supplement developed with a UK nutritionist and crafted to support energy, skin, hair, mood, and hormonal balance. It became a turning point in my own journey.
Inspired by the transformation I experienced, I retrained as a Menopause Wellness Practitioner, and now dedicate my work to supporting others through this powerful life stage. Through retreats, I hold space for women to reconnect with themselves, feel supported, and move through perimenopause and menopause with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.
Menopause isn’t the end — it’s a profound transition. And with the right support, it can become a deeply empowering new beginning.
